matters needing attention
1. Fill in the application and contract form for exhibition and mail or fax it to the organizing unit.
2. Exhibitors should remit or hand over the exhibition fees [50% (advance) or full amount] to the organizing units within 3 days after applying for the booth. The balance should be paid before January 10, 2021. The booth that fails to pay the full amount on schedule is considered to be automatically cancelled and the booth deposit is not refundable.
3. Exhibitors who sign up after January 10, 2021 must pay the exhibition fee in full at one time.
4. After the exhibitors remit all the expenses, please send the bank remittance certificate and your company.
5. Exhibitors can reserve their booths only if they pay 50% advance payment within the prescribed time limit.
6. After receiving the application and the full cost of the exhibition booth, the organizer will send the Exhibition Manual (with "Booth Confirmation Letter") to the exhibitors to confirm the booth. The Exhibition Manual contains important information such as "Exhibition Receipt" and booth construction, exhibit handling and reception rules.
