Notice to exhibitors
1. With business license of enterprise legal person.
2. The operation of imported cosmetics must have the commodity inspection certificate and hygiene license.
3. The manufacturer has production license, hygiene license and product quality inspection certificate.
4. Intellectual property protection will be strengthened during the exhibition.
5. Do not operate fake and shoddy products, and be responsible for the consequences. (Note: copies of the above certificates shall be prepared by the relevant management departments for random inspection)
Exhibition procedure
1. Fill in the exhibition application form and send it to the organization by mail or fax;
2. Within one week after applying for the booth, the exhibition fee [50% (deposit) or full payment] shall be transferred by telegraphic transfer or handed over to the organizer, and the balance shall be paid before June 1, 2018; the deadline for application is June 1, 2018;
3. Booth sequence allocation principle: "apply first, pay first, arrange first";
4. After receiving the exhibition fee, the organizing committee will send the exhibitor's manual one month before the exhibition (including the main schedule of the exhibition and various service items, booth construction, rental of exhibition equipment and electricity application, accommodation arrangement and exhibits transportation guide).
