China International Baking Exhibition is jointly sponsored by China baking food and sugar products industry association and Beijing beckray Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. Founded in 1997, the exhibition is held once a year in May in Shanghai. It is an Asia Pacific preferred international trade exhibition platform serving the whole industrial chain of baking industry. The exhibition provides a sharing platform for global baking industry leaders, professionals and all kinds of baking industry practitioners to share innovative ideas, inject power into the development of baking industry in R & D, manufacturing and distribution, and related services, and promote the overall development of China's baking sugar industry.

In 2018, the 21st session will be held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from May 9 to 12, and 17 exhibition halls of the New International Expo Center will be opened for the first time, totaling over 200000 square meters, to meet the growing demand of China's baking market.
