Cebu Trade Exhibition Center is located in Cebu City, Philippines, with an exhibition area of 10000 square meters and 1200 international standard booths.

Cebu Trade Exhibition Center has a three-story building structure. The government of Cebu province spent about $10 million to hold the 12th ASEAN Summit and the second East Asia Summit. With a total construction area of 28000 square meters, it covers an area of 3.8 hectares and is located in the Cebu metropolis in the reclamation area of mandawi city.

At the end of 2005, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo of the Philippines decided that the city trade exhibition center would hold the 12th ASEAN Summit and the second East Asia Summit in December 2006, and then moved to typhoon UTOR from January 12 to 15. The Philippines should hold a double summit in December 2007, but Myanmar's president announced his withdrawal in 2006. Due to the lack of famous international events, such as the ASEAN summit conference center with complete and independent facilities, the governor of Cebu state Gwendolyn Garc í will restart the "super dome" project and modify it into a sports exhibition center. The external structure is still a "disk". But a few weeks later, a new design came out that was eventually thought to be cheaper and easier to build (even if it was too small) considering time constraints, and the Cebu provincial government immediately began to build. For the structure construction started in April 2006, the work in the superstructure itself was largely started by steel structure, glass and aluminum package three months later. Four months after its completion, the centre was officially opened in late November and January 6, 2007.
