Sichuan International Tourism Trade Expo Center (hereinafter referred to as the Expo Center) is the permanent site of Sichuan International Tourism Trade Expo, one of the three major expositions in Sichuan. It is the first international large-scale exhibition center in Leshan City. It is an international and intelligent Expo Center integrating exhibition, conference, business, cultural performance, event activities and other functions.
Leshan is a famous historical and cultural city, one of the first batch of open cities, national green model city, China's excellent tourism city, National Garden City, National Health City, and one of the torch relay cities for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Leshan is the only city in China with three world heritage sites (Leshan Buddha Scenic Spot, Emei Mountain scenic spot, Dongfeng weir).
The Expo Center is located in the east of Emei City, Sichuan Province, close to the le'e tourism fast track, 6 kilometers away from the Chengdu Chongqing Ring Road, Chengdu Leshan Expressway and Chengdu Ya'an expressway exit, 22 kilometers away from Leshan Buddha Scenic Spot, 7 kilometers away from Emei Scenic Spot, 500 meters away from Chengdu Kunming railway, Chengdu Kunming double track railway, Emei station, 6 kilometers away from Chengdu Mianyang Leshan high speed railway and Chengdu Guiyang high speed railway Emei station, It is 45km away from Chengdu port, the "first port of Wanli Yangtze River" under construction, and only 1 hour's drive from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The Expo Center is located in the core position of the new business district of Emeishan City - Lvbo Tiandi. The surrounding accommodation, food, entertainment, shopping, leisure, parking and other supporting facilities are advanced, complete, perfect and convenient.
The project is invested and constructed by Leshan Giant Buddha Tourism Group Co., Ltd. of Emeishan, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 38000 square meters (about 57 mu) and a building area of 50000 square meters.
The main building is the traditional style of Han and Tang Dynasties. The bright red gate building of China and the simple brown exterior wall set off each other. The whole facade is solemn and magnificent, which embodies the atmosphere of jubilation, joy and auspiciousness.
The exhibition center has a total exhibition area of 28000 square meters and a minimum net height of 9 meters. There are 5 exhibition halls (including 2 standard exhibition halls with an area of 10000 square meters and 3 multi-functional exhibition halls with an area of 2000 square meters), 1 International Conference Hall (with an area of 2000 square meters and a maximum capacity of 1200 people), 7 conference rooms, 2 VIP rooms and 6 negotiation rooms, equipped with 5 languages of simultaneous interpretation Translation system, DLP HD large screen, video conference system, conference voting system, conference recording and video system and other advanced conference equipment, while providing professional and perfect exhibition and conference supporting services.
The Expo Center has made full use of intelligent functions such as big data, cloud computing, Internet of things, mobile Internet and triple play. It has set up Bluetooth location sensing system, passenger flow counting and statistical analysis system and wireless WIFI system, supporting the development of official website, mobile phone APP, WeChat public number and so on.
Since its completion in August 2015, Sichuan International Tourism Trade Center has successfully undertaken the second Sichuan International Tourism Trade Fair, the first China tea town Emeishan international tea culture trade fair, the 16th health care and pension industry forum and exhibition, the third Sichuan International Tourism Trade Fair and other large-scale exhibitions. It is one of the few domestic exhibitions in the world One of the exhibition centers where the cultural double heritage is located is the only one located in the four Buddhist holy places in China.
