Yunnan is located in the ancient Southern Silk Road. It is an important carrier for China to carry out the "one belt and one way" cooperation between China and the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "maritime Silk Road" in twenty-first Century. It is also one of the main provinces of China's participation in the construction of the Lancang Mekong River cooperation mechanism. With the consent of the Yunnan Provincial People's government, we successfully held the Lancangjiang Mekong sub regional national Commodities Fair in 2016 and 2017. Through the exhibition exhibition and the LAN Mei Cooperation Forum, we have set up an exchange and cooperation platform for the national industrial and commercial circles in the Lanmei River Basin, which has aroused wide attention and repercussions both at home and abroad, and has further settled the new development of Yunnan's "one belt and one road" initiative. In 2018, on the basis of the previous two sessions of Lancang Mekong sub regional national commodity fair, the fair was upgraded to 2018 Lancang Mekong Cooperation Fair, further forming a cooperation and exchange mechanism, promoting international economic and trade cooperation, forming "Yunnan speed", realizing "overtaking on the curve" and leaping development.
