Foshan International Convention and Exhibition Center is located in Nanzhuang Town, Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. Foshan International Convention and Exhibition Center was built with international standards and was completed in September 2002, with more than 700 international standard booths. On the first floor, there is a VIP Hall for 60 people; on the second floor, there are high-end small conference rooms and international conference halls, including 300 seats in the international conference hall, and there are six languages simultaneous interpretation systems that can hold international academic conferences. On the left and right sides of the main entrance of the International Convention and Exhibition Center, there are two giant electronic screens that can release information and advertisements. From 2002 to 2004, in Foshan International Exhibition Center and Huaxia Ceramics Expo City, more than 20 exhibitions including "2002 China Foshan Ceramics Expo", "the 17th China International Ceramics Industry Exhibition", "2004 China Ceramics Products Fair" (spring and autumn two seasons), "the first Foshan International Ceramics Industry Exhibition" have been successfully held. The Expo held here, with its grand scale, majestic momentum and outstanding effectiveness, has attracted the world's attention. There are a large number of businessmen from home and abroad, with a turnover of billions, becoming the representative of large-scale and high-end expositions. Huaxia Ceramics Expo City and the Expo held in Foshan International Convention and Exhibition Center have become an excellent platform for domestic and foreign businesses to display their corporate style, promote advanced products and conduct substantive transactions, and a channel for domestic and foreign enterprises to exchange, trade products and go to the world market. Foshan International Convention and Exhibition Center, formerly known as Huaxia International Convention and Exhibition Center, is the core building of Huaxia ceramics exhibition city. As the only large-scale theme exhibition center in China's ceramics industry, Foshan International Convention and exhibition center holds all kinds of top ceramic professional exhibitions in China every year. In 2004, Foshan Municipal People's government proposed to vigorously develop the exhibition economy and build Foshan into a ceramic exhibition center in China and even in the world. At the end of the year, Foshan Municipal People's government officially renamed Huaxia International Convention and Exhibition Center as Foshan International Convention and Exhibition Center. In addition to continuing to hold the most influential Ceramic Exhibition in China, Foshan International Convention and Exhibition Center will also hold other kinds of exhibitions, dedicated to building Foshan International Convention and Exhibition center into a comprehensive convention and Exhibition Center in Foshan. In 2005, on the basis of the existing exhibition hall, Foshan will plan to build a new large exhibition hall to improve the hardware facilities of Foshan International Exhibition Center and meet the requirements of holding international large-scale exhibitions.
