Shunde Qianjin Exhibition Center is one of the key projects of the "moon landing project" in Longjiang. It was built in May 1999, completed in January 2001, and opened in March 2001. It is a large modern commercial project.  
Qianjin Exhibition Center is located at the intersection of national highway 325, Longzhou road and saloon Road, Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It is located in the center of Longjiang Jiujiang group in the "2 × simple × HTML × DOM × voku × plus × 5" urban group of Foshan City. It is 1km away from the Longjiang exit of Fokai highway and about 20 minutes' drive from Daliang, Chancheng, Gaoming, Heshan and Xiqiao, It's about 50 minutes' drive from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. There are inner city bus and taxi stations near the center. There are long-distance bus stops to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Zhanjiang and other places. The transportation is all-round. There are large-scale catering and entertainment centers, star hotels, 3 million square meters of furniture shopping malls and 1 million square meters of furniture material professional markets around. Qianjin Exhibition Center is located in a multi-functional and multi-purpose property project. The central building is four floors high, each floor is 10000 square meters, with a total construction area of 40000 square meters. There are more than 13000 square meters of front and back squares for cargo handling and parking.

1. Set up two special line supporting power facilities, which can provide 850kva power, and adopt double circuit control. The maximum power consumption capacity of the first floor can reach 300W / m2, and the maximum power consumption capacity of the second to fourth floors can reach 100W / m2.

2. The central air conditioning system can provide 2000 cold tons of cooling capacity, and the flow of people with intensive activities is enough for air conditioning.

3. The modern automatic fire alarm system, with zone fire shutter and automatic spray system, meets the national fire safety standards.
