Wenling Convention and Exhibition Center is located in the south of downtown Avenue, with a total land area of 120 mu, including 51 mu of land for phase I and 11779 square meters of total construction area. More than 500 indoor standard booths are planned, and more than 400 standard booths can be built off-site; 51 mu of land for phase II, including exhibition hall, underground garage and civil air defense works, etc., and more than 600 indoor standard booths are planned; the land area of supporting building is about 1 8 mu, with the functions of hotel, tourism distribution service center, etc. The first phase of the exhibition center project has been completed and put into use in September 2010, and the second phase of the project is in order.
