Shaanxi International Exhibition Center is located in the north section of Chang'an Road along the North-South central axis of Xi'an, next to the second ring road in the south, covering an area of 200 mu. The exhibition center is composed of 46000 square meters exhibition hall and 80000 square meters central square. With a total construction area of 42000 square meters, it can have more than 1500 international standard stalls. The buildings are in a circle with unique shapes and magnificent momentum. Its supporting facilities include an underground parking lot for 400 cars, a hotel with 300 luxurious guest rooms, an international conference hall, an office, a negotiation room and a business center.

Engineering Department is a functional department under Shaanxi International Exhibition Center, specializing in exhibition industry. Mainly responsible for all activities of the National Exhibition Center: opening ceremony, ceremonial band, flower blue arch, color ball banner, advertising design, exhibition planning, light box production, typing, copying, special construction, exhibition board production and indoor and outdoor decoration works.
