Phase I of Inner Mongolia International Convention and Exhibition Center and affiliated projects covers an area of 400 mu, including 65000 square meters of convention and Exhibition Center, 50000 square meters of five-star hotels, 150000 square meters of business office buildings, 150000 square meters of apartments and 300000 square meters of business center. Phase II covers an area of 500 mu, with a planned residential area of 800000 square meters. The building is 207.4 meters long from east to west, 108 meters wide from south to north, with an area of 57000 square meters above the ground. 8000 square meters underground is usually used as the civil air defense basement of garage and equipment room. The upper floor is an exhibition hall meeting international standards, with a span of 36 meters between columns, a maximum clear height of 19 meters and a bearing capacity of 3 meters . 7 tons; the second floor is the reception hall, 500 seat lecture hall and other government reception places; the third floor is the conference room, leisure square and so on.

Exhibition hall scale
The first floor has a building area of 25000 square meters and is divided into two pavilions in the north and the south.

It is a large space exhibition hall, usually used as a large special exhibition area of the exhibition center. The ground is cement ground painted with wear-resistant paint. The ground bears 5 tons / m2, and 734 standard booths of 3 * 3M can be arranged.

The second floor (Hall C) is an ordinary exhibition hall. The building area is 12000 square meters, the floor height is 6 meters, and the net height is 3.7 meters. The ground is cement ground painted with wear-resistant paint, and the ground bearing capacity is 1t / m2. About 400 3 * 3M standard booths can be arranged.

Conference Room
The third floor has a total area of 12000 square meters, mainly for meetings. There are 14 large, medium and small high-end meeting rooms, including a multi-functional meeting hall with a capacity of 1000 people, with an area of 2000 square meters and a maximum of 19 meters. It is designed with Mongolian national characteristics, giving people a sense of grandeur and vastness. The conference room is also equipped with modern conference facilities such as simultaneous interpretation system and large-scale multimedia display; in addition, there is a luxury VIP reception hall, which can receive 48 VIPs; seven small conference rooms for 20 people; three conference rooms for more than 200 people; two conference rooms for 100 people, which are equipped with projector, simultaneous interpretation, professional audio and other conference facilities.
