Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center project is a key project determined by Hainan provincial and Haikou municipal governments in 2009. It is a multi-functional comprehensive area integrating conference, exhibition, hotel, leisure, business and residence. After completion, it will become an important platform and carrier for Haikou to develop modern service industry. As an exhibition supporting facility for the future Pan Pearl River Delta cooperation and development forum and economic and Trade Fair in Hainan, Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center will end the small-scale and slow development history of Hainan, become a high-end service platform for international business and business activities in Hainan Province, and also be Haikou Unique "city card".
Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center is invested by Shenzhen Tianli real estate group and designed by Mr. Li Xinggang, designer of "bird's nest" of 2008 Olympic Games, China Academy of architectural design and research. With a total construction area of 136200 square meters and a total investment of 1.38 billion yuan, it is composed of an exhibition center and a conference center, of which the construction area of the exhibition center is 77000 square meters and the construction area of the conference center is 42000 square meters. The overall appearance of the building is novel and unique, which fully embodies the tropical coastal elements. The roof is wavy, regular rhythm and continuous ups and downs.
Exhibition hall scale
The exhibition center of Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center has a building area of 77000 square meters. There are three exhibition halls and an indoor opening ceremony hall with a capacity of 4800 square meters, which can accommodate 6000 people. There are 2320 standard booths in the room. The exhibition center can hold various kinds of exhibitions, demonstrations, performances and other activities. The exhibition equipment meets the international exhibition standards. The outdoor exhibition hall 25000 square meters can be used to hold 10000 people's assembly, large-scale performance and outdoor exhibition of large-scale equipment. In the exhibition center, there are separate customs supervision warehouses, exhibition equipment warehouses, high-end restaurants, fast food service points for thousands of people, etc.  

Conference Room

The conference center of Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center is three floors high, which is arranged in a row from east to west, with a building area of 42000 ㎡. There is a theater style conference hall with a capacity of 1800 people on the west side, with four floors of general height and three floors of seats. The central floor is a multi-functional hall with a capacity of 2000 people, which is suitable for holding conferences, banquets, performances, fashion shows, small special exhibitions, etc For various activities, there is an international conference hall for 800 people on the third floor, and 22 conference rooms and VIP rooms of various specifications on the second and third floors on the east side.
