The total planned land area of Guangdong (Tanzhou) International Convention and Exhibition Center is about 300000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 200000 square meters. Guangdong (Tanzhou) International Convention and Exhibition Center is constructed by Foshan new city development and Construction Co., Ltd. the first phase of the project is expected to be constructed for one year, with a total investment of 2.37 billion yuan and a construction area of 118000 square meters, including exhibition, conference and auxiliary facilities. After the completion of the Convention and Exhibition Center, it will be positioned as an international professional industry fair serving small and medium-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and even in South China.
