Zhongshan, known as "Xiangshan" in ancient times, has a beautiful environment and won the "UN Habitat Award". It is the hometown of Sun Yat-sen, the forerunner of the great democratic revolution. Zhongshan City is located in the south central part of the Pearl River Delta, with a total area of 1800 square kilometers. "Zhongshan Expo Center" is designed by SOM design company, which has won the "best architectural design firm Award" of American Association of architects. It is a steel frame glass curtain wall exhibition center with the largest investment, the highest scale and the first-class technical level in Zhongshan City so far.
Zhongshan Expo Center is located in the central urban area of Zhongshan City, close to the exit of Zhongshan urban area of Beijing Zhuhai Expressway, and the 80 meter wide main road of Zhongshan City, Boai Road, in the north. With convenient transportation, it can reach all directions from the center to the Pearl River Delta area. It has a geographical advantage of one hour's drive to radiate nearly 6 million people, covering Foshan, Shunde, Jiangmen and Zhuhai And Shenzhen.
Zhongshan Expo Center covers an area of 25.25 hectares, with a total construction area of 110000 square meters. It is a multi-functional Expo Center integrating exhibition hall, perennial exhibition hall and conference hall.
The open-air exhibition area of Zhongshan Expo Center is nearly 10000 square meters, which can meet the needs of holding various large-scale outdoor exhibitions and cultural activities.

Exhibition hall scale
The Expo Center is located in the planning area of Boai Sixth Road and zimalingnan, with a total construction area of about 116000 square meters, including four major projects of central square, perennial exhibition hall, comprehensive exhibition hall and Conference Center, with a construction cost of about 1.03 billion yuan.
The exhibition hall covers an area of nearly 12000 square meters and the height of the exhibition hall is nearly 18 meters. More than 600 international standard booths can be built. The whole exhibition hall of more than 10000 square meters has only two pillars to support, especially suitable for building various types of special booths and holding various indoor large-scale activities.
The annual exhibition hall, also known as "China (Zhongshan) Light Industry Expo Center", consists of two floors of exhibition halls, each floor of which is nearly 20000 square meters, covering a total area of more than 40000 square meters, with a total of 480 booths of 36 square meters. Throughout the year, the exhibition hall is mainly used to display Zhongshan light industrial products, establish an external trading platform for Zhongshan light industrial products, and build a 365 day light industrial products fair.

The conference hall has a building area of nearly 10000 square meters and a conference hall with more than 600 people. At present, it is a conference hall with the largest number of participants in Zhongshan City, another function hall with more than 300 people and 24 small conference rooms. The conference center is exquisitely decorated with theatrical, round table, semi enclosed and decentralized venues.
