The "Fuzhou Digital China Convention and Exhibition Center" project is located in the east of Donghu road and the south of Zhihui road in Fuzhou Binhai New Town. It is a fabricated steel structure building. The building height of the project is about 33 meters, with a total construction area of 105200 square meters, including an aboveground construction area of about 75000 square meters and an underground construction area of about 30000 square meters. Mezzanine is set locally, which is mainly composed of exhibition center, conference center and supporting functional facilities.

Construction situation

Due to the heavy component weight of the project, large hoisting equipment needs to be used for construction. During the construction period, multiple large hoisting equipment and assembled hoisting equipment need to be arranged in a narrow construction area. When the construction enters the later stage of truss construction, the hoisting and assembly hoisting equipment is more facing the station position

Difficult and many other problems. In view of such difficulties, the construction unit shall reasonably arrange the plane position of lifting equipment to ensure that there is no conflict and "no fight" between various equipment. In addition, the large crawler crane also needs to be hoisted on the floor. The project department has prepared a special plan for strengthening the floor, and strengthened the prevention and control of regional risk points according to the equipment travel path, so as to effectively ensure the smooth operation of large equipment.

Completion and undertaking meeting

"The construction of the project began at the end of December 2017. At present, the pile foundation and support work have been fully completed, more than half of the earth excavation in the basement has been completed, and the bottom plate is under construction." According to the relevant person in charge of the project, according to the current progress, the earth excavation of the basement can be fully completed at the beginning of next month, the construction of the basement structure can be completed at the beginning of May, the capping of the main structure can be realized in mid July, and strive to be completed in April 2019 and put into use before the second digital China Construction Summit in 2019.
