The total construction area of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) is about 1.34 million square meters, including 550000 square meters of indoor and outdoor exhibitions, more than 9400 parking spaces, 320000 square meters of commercial supporting facilities and 110000 square meters of truck waiting area.

The comprehensive supporting area of the exhibition hall includes two hotels, two office buildings and three business forms. The total area of the hotel is about 130000 square meters. The five-star Marriott Hotel and four-star four-star Sheraton Hotel are managed by the world's largest Marriott Hotel Group, with 683 guest rooms and 1500 square meters of banquet hall, which is convenient for holding all kinds of business activities; At the same time, the National Convention and Exhibition Center has taken over the "Haihe Wenhua Hotel" of the original five-star design standard and put into operation as the "Jinyuan hotel of the National Convention and Exhibition Center" as the supporting service hotel around the exhibition hall.

The commercial office area is about 62000 square meters. The total area of the exhibition hall and conference area of phase I project is about 23500 square meters, including 12500 square meters of multi-functional exhibition hall and more than 40 conference rooms of different sizes, which will bring powerful conference experience to merchants. The exhibition hall is equipped with catering, including Chinese food, Western food and fast food. Exhibitors can enjoy different levels of business food experience at the same time. It is used for power generation, energy conservation and environmental protection to supplement the use of exhibitions. There is a large truck waiting area of 110000 square meters around, which can be used for 600 container vehicles to stop and wait at the same time. The waiting area is directly connected with the internal loop system; The internal logistics channel connects the exhibition halls to realize the diversion of passengers and goods.

The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) exhibition hall is the third National Convention and exhibition project invested by the Ministry of Commerce after the Guangzhou Canton Fair Exhibition Hall (hosting the Canton Fair) and the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) exhibition hall (hosting the Expo). It is also the final work of the overall layout of the National Convention and exhibition projects of the Ministry of Commerce. So far, the overall layout of the National Convention and exhibition projects in the three most industry representative regions of the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Sea has been completed.

The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) is a key project jointly built by the Ministry of Commerce and the Tianjin municipal government.
