The building was built in 2005 and is located in the center of ashbahad, Turkmenistan. Ashgabat Independence Palace is a multi-functional architectural collection of international exhibitions, fairs, seminars, conferences, festivals, events, business forums and seminars

It has three exhibition areas:

Exhibition area:
Floor 0: over 6000 square meters (ceiling height: 5m, floor to ceiling height: 15m)
Output load layer 0 is 1 ton × 1 square. M
1st floor: over 3000m2 (ceiling height 4,5m)
2nd floor: over 3000 square meters (ceiling height 4,5 meters)
There is an open exhibition area at both ends of 100000 square meters. There is a utility service room in the building cellar (1st floor) to store equipment, containers and exhibition goods. There is a parking lot for cars and trucks, and passenger elevators. There are various facilities for moving and pneumomomechanism to lift goods.
In the exhibition space on the 1st and 2nd floors, there are 30 seats and 500 seats in the room, conference and equipment simultaneous translation, connection between media, remote control headset
Floor 4: participants from the 500 seat restaurant and VIP bar.
Building automatic heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
The roof adopts glass fixed hook to hang 1 ton building.
Central entrance: stairs on the first floor.
