The first city is a large-scale international convention and Exhibition Center invested and built by CITIC Guoan group, which integrates conference and exhibition, tourism, leisure and vacation, entertainment and fitness, food shopping, film and television shooting and other functions. It is located in the southeast suburb of Beijing, with Beijing in the West and Tianjin in the East. It has a unique geographical location and convenient transportation. It covers an area of 2.66 million square meters, with a construction area of 2.33 million square meters (including a construction area of 620000 square meters), and a total investment of nearly 5 billion yuan. At present, it is the largest comprehensive international exhibition center in China.      

The overall design of the first city imitates the style of Beijing city walls in Ming and Qing Dynasties, adopts the way of "shrinking the land without shrinking the scenery", and recovers the old Beijing city wall pattern of "nine inside and seven outside". 22 well-organized buildings are inlaid on the 5-kilometer-long empty wall. There are a large modern international convention and exhibition center with complete facilities, six Star Hotels with different architectural styles, a magnificent golden art hall, a magnificent Buddhist Art Museum, a golf style lawn garden with pleasant scenery, a large fitness center with complete facilities, a unique sea view recreation palace and a variety of shopping centers in the city. The overall architectural style shows the essence of Chinese ancient and modern culture. The splendor of Shenzhou architecture is the perfect combination of traditional aesthetics and modern architectural art. There are 3076 guest rooms (sets), 18 flavor restaurants and 103 conference halls (rooms) in the city. The catering capacity is 11200, the conference capacity is more than 10000, and the indoor area with exhibition activities is more than 37000 square meters.      

Up to now, the first city has received more than 6 million guests from home and abroad, and more than 300 ministers and above and more than 100 envoys to China have attended various conferences and visits. "The Third International Symposium on Chinese architectural history" in August 2004, "the seventh meeting of finance ministers and central bank governors of the G20" in October 2005, "the first annual meeting and member's Congress of the International Federation of anti corruption bureaus" held in the first city in October 2006, "2007 China surgery week and the 16th Asian surgery annual meeting" and the first Asia Pacific Medical strategic development "in October 2007 The conference was successfully held in the first city and the third China US Strategic Economic Dialogue in December 2007.
