Nanjing Olympic Sports Center is an important platform for Jiangsu Province to carry out cultural and sports activities, and also an important window to display the image of Jiangsu. She is the main venue of the 10th National Games and the 2014 Youth Olympic Games. The center is located in the central area of Hexi new urban area of Nanjing, 7.5km away from the city center. It is adjacent to Jiangdong middle road in the East and Yangtze River Binjiang Avenue in the West. The southwest of the center is the terminal station of Metro Line 1, and Metro Line 2 is in the East. Nanjing Olympic Sports Center covers a total area of 1345 mu, with a total construction area of about 400000 square meters. The main buildings are "four venues and one center", including Stadium (including training ground), gymnasium, natatorium, tennis center and sports science and technology center. The project construction started in August 2002 and ended in May 2005 with a total investment of 2.167 billion yuan. In 2005, as the reform of the state-owned assets management system, with the approval of Jiangsu provincial government, Nanjing Olympic Sports Center operation and Management Co., Ltd. was established to undertake the functions of safeguarding the 10th National Games and enterprise operation and management of Nanjing Olympic Sports Center. In 2006, it was transferred to Jiangsu Guoxin Asset Management Group Co., Ltd. After the establishment of the company, the top priority is to successfully complete the undertaking tasks of the 10th National Games. The company has consistently implemented the requirements of "high starting point management, high standard operation and high level service", and established and improved the operation system with fitness events as the main part and performance exhibition business as the auxiliary part. At the same time, in accordance with the requirements of the modern enterprise system, we have carried out the reform of the leadership system, the employment system, the distribution system, the financial system, the asset management system and other aspects, and achieved preliminary results.
