Matters needing attention
1. The enterprise shall apply to the Organizing Committee for booth with business license and hygiene license (copy with official seal);

2. The principle of booth application is "payment first, arrangement first".

3. After booking the booth, the fee will be remitted to the designated account within three days to confirm the booth; otherwise, the booth will not be retained.

4. Schedule: on April 5, the company will report to set up exhibitions, and on April 6-7, exhibitions and transactions.

5. To ensure the overall layout of the conference, the organizing committee has the right to adjust the location of individual booths.

6. During the meeting, strictly fake and shoddy products will be exhibited; no infringement is allowed for the products.

7. The organizing committee shall not bear any responsibility for the impact of force majeure such as government actions and natural disasters.

8. If the exhibitor fails to attend the exhibition on time due to the reason of the exhibitor, the paid fee will not be refunded.
