The Hulunbuir Sports Center is located in the new district of Hulunbuir City. The total construction area of the project is 21660 square meters. The number of spectator seats in the competition hall is 3248 (including 1848 fixed seats and 1400 active seats). This construction project is a Grade B sports construction project that integrates ball games and regular training. Its main functions are generally divided into three categories: comprehensive competition hall, ball training hall, and tennis competition hall.

The Hulunbuir Sports Center can host major domestic individual sports events such as volleyball, badminton, table tennis, boxing, gymnastics, wrestling, and rattan. It meets the standards and functional requirements, and can also serve as a sports and fitness facility during non event periods. It can also hold celebrations, exhibitions, large-scale gatherings, cultural performances, film screenings, and other activities, and is open to the public all day.
