Wendu water city is located 20 kilometers to the north of Beijing's north central axis. It has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation environment. In the north, it is adjacent to the source of Wenyu River, the mother river of Beijing. In the south, it is adjacent to Tiantong garden and Huilongguan community, the two largest residential communities in Beijing. Here, it is close to the mountains, close to the water and has a natural scenery. The seven kilometer long river system stretches in all directions and is surrounded by ten thousand people Mu community. Wendu water city is the site of Pingxi palace in Yongzheng period of Qing Dynasty, which contains profound historical culture and resources. "Wendu water city" is also rich in geological resources. At present, five hot spring wells have been developed with a depth of more than 3000 meters. The temperature of the water is as high as 79 ℃. The content of various minerals is rich, and the daily water output is nearly 10000 square meters.          

Wendu water city project is designed by Australian SDG design group and invested by Hongfu group. It has the characteristics of advanced concept, ingenious conception and complete functions. It is an ecological theme community integrating sightseeing, business conference and large-scale entertainment. The main projects in the first phase are water space, hot spring health club, four-star Water City International Hotel, Wangfu yuan (Presidential Suite), outdoor hot spring, Siheyuan, Commercial Street, Honglou Island Business District, sports activity center and The second phase is Wenyuhe eco-tourism and leisure area, forming a green eco-tourism and leisure area with "water" as the highlight, relying on Wenyuhe eco-tourism and covering an area of nearly 10000 mu.
