Chengdu International Urban Modern Agriculture Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Agricultural Expo") is an important platform for the development of modern agriculture in Chengdu. Since 2013, after seven years of development, the exhibition scale has expanded from 25000 square meters to 88000 square meters, ranking first among similar exhibitions in China, and has good brand influence and public praise service in the domestic and international agricultural exhibition industry. In 2019, the Chengdu Municipal People's government, in cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, jointly held the seventh Chengdu Agricultural Expo and the first National Conference on the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. With the enthusiastic attention and strong support of governments and enterprises all over the country, it has achieved fruitful results.
In 2020, Chengdu Agricultural Expo will continue to hold the second National Conference on the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements jointly with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. This exhibition is based on the concept of "sustainable development of green ecological modern agriculture", combined with the new economic development pattern, using Internet thinking to break the traditional exhibition mode and build an ecological intelligent space.
