1. Exhibitors are requested to fill in the "application form for exhibition" in detail, stamp it with official seal and then fax it or send it to the organizing committee.
2. Enterprises will remit the exhibition fee to the account designated by the organizing committee within 3 working days after registration, so as to determine the booth;
3. Booth and advertisement are arranged by the Organizing Committee in a unified way, "apply first, pay first, and allocate first", and the co organizers can give priority to the arrangement.
4. If the registered enterprises are unable to participate in the exhibition due to their own reasons, the fees paid by them will not be returned, and the booth ordered will be handled by the organizer;
5. Subject to the overall layout of the exhibition, the organizer has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary. Due to irresistible factors such as natural disasters, government behavior, social abnormal events, the organizer can delay or cancel the exhibition.
6. Special tips: it is strictly forbidden to sublet or resell the booth. It is not allowed to display counterfeit and infringing products, and retail exhibits or sell other goods in the exhibition hall. Once found, the exhibitor will be disqualified and the booth fee will not be refunded. It is not allowed to stack goods on the passageway.
