1. Fill in the exhibition application and contract form, mail or fax to the organizer;
2. The exhibitor shall remit or deliver the exhibition fee [50% (advance payment) or full payment] to the organizer within 3 days after applying for the booth, and the balance shall be paid before August 10, 2021. The booth that fails to pay in full on schedule shall be deemed to be cancelled automatically, and the booth deposit will not be refunded
3. Exhibitors who register after August 10, 2021 shall pay the exhibition fee in full in one time;
4. after the exhibitor remits all kinds of expenses, please fax the bank remittance voucher and your company's Company Profile (printed within 300 words, free of charge) to the organizer;
5. The booth can be reserved only after the exhibitor pays 50% advance payment within the specified period;
6. After receiving the application and the full cost of the booth, the organizer will send the exhibition manual (with "booth confirmation letter") to the exhibitor to confirm the booth. "Exhibition manual" contains important information such as "exhibition receipt" and booth construction, exhibits transportation and reception details. Please read it carefully to understand the exhibition items.
