INTRODUCTION

China Electrical Appliance & amp, Shanghai Electrical Appliance World Expo (AWE), founded by China Home Appliances Association, has become the largest comprehensive exhibition of household appliances in China. In 2019, the exhibition area was nearly 130,000 square meters, 340,000 visitors, nearly 900 leading global brands participated in the exhibition, nearly 100 press conferences and tens of thousands of new products were launched, which highlighted the strength of the world's top comprehensive professional exhibition platform in the field of household appliances and consumer electronics, and attracted worldwide attention.
The exhibition was founded in 1992 and is held in the middle and late March of each year. AWE was first held in Beijing and moved to Shanghai in 2008. When the 2016 exhibition was launched, the Chinese name of AWE was renamed "China Home Appliances Exposition" by "China Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics Exposition". As the largest industry event in Asia, AWE has become one of the three top household appliances and consumer electronics exhibitions in the world, which are tripartite with German IFA and American CES.
On March 2, 2020, AWE officially announced that the China Electrical Appliances and Consumer Electronics Exposition 2020 (AWE2020), originally scheduled to be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from March 11 to 14, 2020, would be postponed to March 2021 and co-organized with AWE2021, that is, AWE2020 would be cancelled.

The theme of China Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics Expo 2019 is "Intelligent Life on AI", which was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from March 14 to 17, 2019.
In 2019, the AWE Pavilion covers 10 pavilions of Shanghai New International Expo Center W1-W5 and N1-N5, bringing together nearly 900 exhibitors, covering an area of nearly 130,000 square meters, with nearly 340,000 visitors. Haier and Meimei occupy N5 and W1 halls respectively, displaying their brands and product chains: Haier shows the latest achievements of seven ecospheres, such as security, sanitation and air; Meimei shows the future vision of wisdom life through three parts: wisdom life, intelligent manufacturing and sub-brands. Haier Hemei Super Brand Pavilion has unified planning and overall layout, becoming the symbolic Pavilion of AWE 2019.
AWE 2019 brought together nearly 900 exhibitors to show innovative achievements in home appliances, consumer electronics, smart home, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, 5G, smart transportation, smart entertainment and other fields. In 2019, LG Display, Linnei, COLMO, and HKUST Xunfei first appeared on AWE.
