[Exhibition Procedure]

1. Qualification requirements for exhibitors

Legitimate business qualification certificates, product quality licenses (food enterprises need to provide hygienic licenses), clear production, business address, telephone and other information, product quality must comply with the relevant provisions of the state industry.

Exhibitors who sell sauced beef, bulk dried goods and other products are not allowed to book booths.

2. Registration Procedure

(1) Exhibitors contact the organizing committee to obtain the exhibition map and the number of the exhibition, download and fill in the application form for exhibition, prepare copies of relevant documents (Business License, Corporate Identity Card, Product Qualification Certificate) and affix official seals;

(2) Delivery of application forms and copies of certificates, signing of exhibition contracts, payment of relevant fees in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and allocation of booths by the Organizing Committee in accordance with the principle of "first payment, first choice". After receiving the full fees of the exhibitors, the booth shall be determined and relevant exhibition procedures shall be handled.
