INTRODUCTION

China Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as "ICIF") is a large-scale international cultural and creative industry event approved by the State Council, CO sponsored by the Ministry of culture, the State Administration of press, publication, radio, film and television and the Beijing municipal government, CO sponsored by 28 committees and bureaus including the Publicity Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee, and hosted by the Beijing Council for the promotion of international trade. The ICIF adheres to the relevant spirit and overall arrangement of the central government's cultural reform and development, closely focuses on the requirements of scientific development and accelerating the transformation of development mode, comprehensively demonstrates China's major achievements in deepening the reform of cultural system, speeding up the construction of modern cultural market system and promoting the development of emerging cultural formats, and deeply exchanges the cutting-edge theories and viewpoints of the development of cultural and creative industries in the world today To build an exchange and cooperation platform to promote cultural and creative industrialization, cultural trade and the implementation of major projects plays an important role in promoting the adjustment and upgrading of China's economic structure and accelerating the formation of innovation driven development pattern.

The 12th Beijing ICIF, which lasted for three days, adheres to the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing", serves the national development strategy and promotes the construction of a cultural power. With the theme of "cultural and technological integration, inheritance, innovation and development", this ICIF gathers high-quality cultural industry resources at home and abroad, consciously presents the contemporary value of Chinese culture, comprehensively displays the latest achievements in the integration, innovation and development of China's cultural and creative industries, deeply displays Beijing's new achievements in accelerating the construction of a national cultural center, and demonstrates and leads the transformation and upgrading of China's cultural and creative industries.

According to incomplete statistics, during this ICIF, a total of 97.728 billion yuan of agreements on product trade, art trade and bank enterprise cooperation in cultural and creative industries were signed. The signing and transaction of this fair has four major characteristics: first, the production of film and television culture, the active copyright project transactions, the signing amount of 37 billion 100 million yuan, accounting for 37.9%; two, the cultural industry cooperation project settled in the park is 47 billion 800 million yuan, accounting for 49%; three is the sum of cultural and technological, financial integration projects 17 billion 100 million yuan, accounting for 17.5%; four is the implementation of "one belt and one road". In terms of national strategy, the number of cultural going out projects increased, and the signed amount of cultural trade reached 13.8 billion yuan, accounting for 14%.
Compared with the previous one, this ICIF is more high-end, professional, market-oriented and international. Nearly 2 million people from domestic and overseas cultural and creative industries and related industries participated in more than 100 exhibitions, promotional transactions, forum meetings, creative activities and branch events. Including 4 international organizations, 86 overseas delegations from 63 countries and regions, and 23 provincial, district and city groups to participate in the ICIF. The main exhibition hall of ICIF is located in China International Exhibition Center, which receives 150000 visitors from all walks of life mainly from industry professionals in three days; the theme report meeting and six forums of ICIF are presented by 142 high-level leaders of international organizations, authorities of national industrial authorities and well-known experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from industry at home and abroad, and 2500 industry professionals Flow: 65 project promotion and transaction signing activities with the main contents of cultural and creative industry investment and financing, cultural product trading and industrial cooperation attracted 15000 domestic and foreign merchants to the conference to discuss and trade.
