Most cities in China have formulated the implementation opinions of sponge city construction, and are actively promoting the construction and development of sponge cities in China. At present, the construction of sponge city has achieved preliminary results, and formed a number of replicable and referential "pilot" experience; however, this is far from the "by 2020, more than 20% of the urban built-up area meets the target requirements" proposed in document 75, and the construction of sponge city still needs to be accelerated. Especially this year, the national pilot sponge city will usher in the "big test year" - inspection, acceptance and evaluation of construction results. In order to better implement the general requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council for promoting the construction of ecological civilization, accelerate the construction of sponge cities in China, and promote the green and sustainable development of China's urban infrastructure industry, comprehensively summarize and promote the experience since the implementation of the construction of sponge cities, discuss the problems and problems faced by the construction of sponge cities in China, and publicize and show the domestic and foreign leaders We will promote the concept, mode and technical products, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the construction of sponge cities.
