Matters needing attention
[precautions]
1、 All booth sizes are in outer space.
2、 Exhibitors are not allowed to set up "exhibition in progress".
3、 Within three days from the date of signing the contract, the booth fee below 20000 yuan (including) shall be paid in lump sum, the booth fee above 20000 yuan shall be paid in advance by 50% of the booth deposit, and the rest shall be paid in full within 15 days from the date of signing the agreement. All stand fees must be paid 15 days before the start of the exhibition. If the payment is not made according to the stipulated time, the booth will be deemed to be abandoned and the deposit will not be refunded. The organizing committee will take full charge of the booth.
4、 If electricity is needed for all special booths, special electric boxes for special booths in the exhibition center shall be rented and paid according to the power cost.
5、 All special booth shall pay the special management fee of 10 yuan / ㎡, which shall be collected by the exhibition center.
