INTRODUCTION

The double-sided components are packaged with transparent materials (glass or transparent backplane) on the back. With perc, hjt or n-type double-sided battery and tracking bracket, the system end can achieve 5% - 30% power generation gain. At present, the technology of double glass double-sided module is becoming more and more mature, and the application of transparent backplane in double-sided module is also getting more attention. With the improvement of the back test standard of double-sided components and the recognition of the value of double-sided power generation by downstream power plants, double-sided components will be the inevitable direction of component technology development.

The half chip module is obtained by connecting the standard battery in series after cutting, which can reduce the power loss. The module power is 5-10 watts higher than the conventional module of the same version. It is the most easy to achieve large-scale mass production and efficient module technology with high cost performance. Half chip technology is becoming the standard configuration of efficient components. In 2019, it will coexist with conventional components and become the mainstream product in the market.

Multi gate technology can reduce the shading area, reduce the resistance loss, improve the power output of the module, and control the cost by reducing the amount of silver paste. The key to the industrialization of the multi grid cell is the test and separation of the multi grid cell and the technology of the assembly series welding.
