2. The three-year doubling action plan for national charging infrastructure has been implemented

According to the "Action Plan for Doubling the Service Capacity of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Three Years (2025-2027)", the country will increase investment and construction efforts in high-power heavy-duty truck overcharging and standardized battery swapping stations, promote the integration of charging and swapping networks with grid energy storage and distributed photovoltaics, encourage the promotion of vehicle electricity separation and integrated photovoltaic storage and charging station models, and reduce the cost of enterprise station construction and operation.

3. Shandong Province and Qingdao have outstanding advantages in local supporting policies

Shandong has issued the "Implementation Plan for High Power Charging Demonstration Stations for Electric Heavy Trucks (2026-2027)", which aims to build a "four vertical and two horizontal, four vertical and three horizontal" electric heavy truck green energy replenishment corridor covering the whole province within two years, and plan to build hundreds of heavy truck charging and swapping demonstration stations; As a core port logistics hub in northern China and a national bulk commodity distribution center, Qingdao has issued special subsidies to support the electrification of heavy trucks for port collection and distribution, as well as the construction and renovation of heavy truck charging and swapping stations in logistics parks.
