Wuhan Education Equipment and Smart Campus Exhibition, an annual designated exchange event for universities in Hubei Province. The previous exhibition ended successfully on March 22, 2025. Hubei has a strong foundation in science and education, with 134 universities and approximately 7500 primary and secondary schools of various types. International Standard Booth (3m x 3m): Fee RMB 7800 per booth: Note: The standard booth is equipped with three side fence boards, company name fascia board, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, and one 220V 5A power socket. If special electricity is required, please specify in advance and additional fees will be charged.

Deluxe standard booth (3m x 3m): The fee is RMB 8800 per booth (renderings are available upon request).

Indoor special booth (minimum rent for 36m ² open space): Fee RMB 800/m ²: The special booth does not provide any exhibition equipment or facilities. The special booth management fee and water and electricity fees charged by the exhibition hall are borne by the exhibitor.

Technical lecture: The fee is RMB 10000 per session (15 minutes per session).
