The 30th China Baking Exhibition 2027 will be held from May 10th to May 12th, 2027, at the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall in Guangdong, China. The organizers are the All China Baking Industry Association, Shanghai Bohua International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Bohong International Exhibition Co., Ltd. The exhibition will be held once a year, with an exhibition area of 150000 square meters, 200000 visitors, and 1500 exhibitors.

The China Baking Exhibition was founded in 1997 and is the first professional exhibition in the Chinese baking industry. Originally known as the "National Baking Industry Raw Materials and Equipment Exhibition and China International Baking Sweet and Western Food Materials and Equipment Exhibition", it has toured in Chengdu, Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai and other places, accumulating the industry's most experienced network resources over the years. Due to the limitations of the exhibition venue at that time, the rapid development of the exhibition was restricted. Therefore, starting from the 7th edition in 2003, it was decided to hold the exhibition at the Guangzhou Canton Fair Exhibition Hall every May, and in the 9th edition in 2005, the exhibition name was changed to "China Baking Exhibition". Since its establishment, after nearly 20 years of ups and downs, China Baking Exhibition has become the largest and most popular baking exhibition in China, attracting the keen attention of baking colleagues at home and abroad, especially baking industry players in southern China and Southeast Asia.

Every May, it is held regularly in Pazhou, Guangzhou ▪ The "China Baking Exhibition (Guangzhou)" held at the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall covers the entire industry chain of the baking industry, including baking raw materials, additive enterprises, baking machinery and equipment, utensil and mold enterprises, baking packaging equipment and design and production, food cold chain logistics, and catering management training services.
