6、 Participation fees

1. Association member units are exempt from conference fees for attending meetings;

2. Non member units attending: 1200 yuan/person, registration for 2 or more people from the same enterprise is 1000 yuan/person; 800 yuan/person for university research institutes;

3. The cost includes meeting materials, tea breaks, and forum lectures; Transportation and accommodation expenses are self funded, and the conference team can assist in recommending nearby contracted hotels.
