Hebei Province, relying on the location advantage of Zhangjiakou National Data Center Cluster, continues to undertake the spillover of Beijing Tianjin computing power industry, vigorously promotes the development of green and low-carbon computing power new infrastructure, and the North China region has ushered in a window period of large-scale construction of computing power infrastructure.
