In order to implement the opinions of the province and city on accelerating the comprehensive revitalization and development of Changchun's old industrial base, grasp the spatial layout of the "one main and six double" industries, strive to develop advanced equipment manufacturing industry into a new pillar industry, accelerate the agglomeration of advanced manufacturing industry, conform to the trend of high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and promote the construction of a multi-point support, multi industry development, and diversified industrial pattern in our city, Changchun Haochuang Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. was founded and hosted the Changchun Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo in 2008. Since its establishment, it has successfully held 18 sessions, with a total exhibition area of more than 400000 square meters, more than 10000 booths, and 5800 exhibitors, including 260 foreign-invested enterprises and overseas enterprises from more than 20 countries and regions. During the exhibition, more than 600000 visitors were received to visit and learn. After more than ten years of training and baptism, the Changchun Manufacturing Expo has grown from a local exhibition to a newcomer in the domestic manufacturing industry. In order to better run the Changchun Manufacturing Expo and promote the development and influence of our city's advanced equipment manufacturing industry. Since 2018, the exhibition name has been upgraded to "Changchun Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo". 5、 Exhibition fees:

1. Standard booth:

9 square meters quotation: domestic RMB 7800/international USD 1300 (double opening booth with an additional 10% booth fee)

The rent includes the following facilities: three sided fence for the booth, Chinese signboard for exhibitors, two folding chairs, and one table

2. Net booth (special booth): Price per square meter: Domestic RMB 700/International USD 200

The venue special decoration management fee is RMB 20/square meter, and the rental area shall not be less than 36 square meters. Exhibitors shall design and arrange their own booths.

Note 4: Free and value-added services provided by the exhibition include: logging in a 300 word company profile in the exhibition catalogue, promoting and reporting on the exhibition and organizing targeted audiences, exhibitor badges, standard booth construction (excluding clean space), venue cleaning and security, public lighting, air conditioning during the exhibition, and providing two copies of the exhibition catalogue.

6、 Exhibition procedures:

Exhibitors confirm their booth and sign the exhibition contract ->Confirmation by the organizing committee ->Exhibitors transfer the required fees to the organizing committee within three days and send the remittance receipt to the organizing committee ->Payment of the remaining balance before February 1, 2027->The booth is fully confirmed.
