Currently, against the backdrop of the country advocating for economic dual circulation and accelerating high-quality development and construction in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, China's water system leisure tourism industry is experiencing unprecedented growth. In order to promote the high-quality development of yachts, water sports, water tourism, and related industry chains in China, and to build a one-stop exhibition and exchange platform for the industry, the "Asian Water Tourism, Sports Leisure, Sea Fishing Equipment and Yacht Expo" (referred to as the "Asian Yacht Expo") hosted by the Guangdong Yacht Industry Association and organized by Guangdong Hongwei International Convention and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. will be held from May 15-17, 2027 at the Pazhou Exhibition Hall in Guangzhou. Exhibition Procedures

1. Carefully fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with the official seal, then scan it in color and send it to the organizing committee E.;

2. The organizing committee will arrange booths according to the principle of "apply first, arrange first, pay first, confirm first";

3. After obtaining confirmation from the organizing committee, payment of the exhibition deposit (50% of the total exhibition fee) or full telegraphic transfer to the designated account of the organizing committee shall be made within five working days to confirm the exhibition booth;

4. After receiving the full payment of your exhibition fee, the organizing committee will send you an "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" and an "Exhibitor Handbook", which include the schedule, exhibition setup instructions, exhibit transportation, accommodation and meals arrangements for this exhibition;

5. Unless the applying unit is not accepted by the organizing unit due to special reasons, the fees paid by those who withdraw on their own will not be refunded;

6. To ensure the overall effectiveness of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth.
