The exhibition area will reach 280000 square meters, and it is expected to have more than 3000 exhibitors and over 400000 visitors.

As the first brand exhibition protected by trademark registration, CIBF has successfully held 18 sessions and is one of the most influential new energy exhibitions in the world. Standard booth and bare space prices

1. Standard booth: (10% surcharge for double opening booth)

(1) Domestic enterprises: 16800 yuan/9 square meters, 14800 yuan/9 meters, 13800 yuan/9 meters

(2) Foreign investment, joint ventures, and Chinese Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan enterprises: $3000/9m

2. Guangdi (minimum order length of 36m, management fee to be paid during exhibition period)

(1) Domestic enterprises: 1680 yuan/m, 1480 yuan/m, 1380 yuan/m

(2) Foreign investment, joint ventures, and Chinese Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan enterprises: $300/m

Standard booth configuration:

(1) Each standard booth area: 9m (length 3 * width 3 * height 2.5)

Discounts and Withdrawal Rules

◆ CIBF2027 discount conditions:

1. Old exhibitor discount: (choose one)

(1) Old exhibitors who have continuously participated in CIBF2025 and CIBF2026 can enjoy a 15% discount on booth fees: (2) Old exhibitors who have only participated in CIBF2025 can enjoy a 10% discount on booth fees.

2. Member discount: (choose one)

(1) By December 31, 2026 (inclusive), association member units that have continuously paid membership fees for 2025 and 2026 will receive a 10% discount on booth fees; Association member units that only pay the annual membership fee for 2026 will enjoy a 5% discount on booth fees

(2) New member units that apply for membership and pay before December 31, 2026 (inclusive) will receive a 5% discount on booth fees.

3. The international exhibition area does not enjoy any preferential policies.

◆ CIBF2027 Withdrawal Rules:

Exhibitors who are unable to participate due to special reasons may apply to withdraw from the exhibition. To withdraw, they must provide a written application stamped by their organization, proof of invoice rejection, and bank information of their organization. After confirmation by the organizer, they must complete the withdrawal procedures within the specified time.

(1) If the exhibition is cancelled before February 1, 2027 (excluding), the organizer will charge 30% of the paid booth fee as compensation, and the remaining balance will be refunded;

(2) If the exhibition is cancelled between February 1st (inclusive) and April 1st (exclusive), 2027, the organizer will charge 60% of the paid booth fee as compensation, and the remaining balance will be refunded;

(3) After April 1, 2027 (inclusive), booth fees paid will not be refunded.
