In 2025, ADIPEC attracted more than 2250 companies from around the world, 54 national oil and energy companies, over 1800 keynote speakers, over 60 energy ministers, and over 230000 registered viewers. 1. The wave of billions of dollars in investment in the Middle East has spurred massive procurement demand

The current Middle East oil and gas industry is entering an unprecedented period of investment boom, providing historic cooperation opportunities for global suppliers. As the world's largest oil company, Saudi Aramco has launched the "Three Year 85 Project" plan, investing billions of dollars in the next three years to promote new, upgraded, and expanded projects covering multiple fields such as oil and gas production, pipeline construction, and civil infrastructure. These projects will be transformed into hundreds of subcontracting contracts, creating a huge supply chain demand gap. In the pipeline field alone, 21000 kilometers of carbon steel pipelines and 2.2 million tons of structural steel are needed. Basic building materials require 113 million cubic meters of backfill materials and 3.3 million cubic meters of concrete. There is an urgent procurement need for the entire chain of products, from core equipment to supporting consumables.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has also taken frequent actions, awarding local procurement contracts worth RMB 104.5 billion in the second half of 2025, covering core areas such as strategic services, drilling, logistics, and digital solutions, and planning to achieve a local production procurement target of RMB 175.5 billion by 2030. At the Business Partner Forum held during the ADIPEC exhibition, ADNOC will focus on releasing the 2026-2027 procurement pipeline, allowing small and medium-sized enterprises and technology partners to directly connect with the core business opportunities in the UAE's industrialization process and participate in a project ecosystem worth hundreds of billions of dollars.
