7、 Exhibition and Conference Procedures

1. Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Registration Form for Participation/Exhibition" in detail and affix the official seal, and send or fax it to the organizing committee. And transfer the booth fee to the designated account of the organizing committee within 7 days. Booth allocation will be arranged in the order of payment, and will be held until the quota is reached.

2. After remitting the fees, exhibitors must fax or mail the bank remittance form to the organizing committee for verification.

3. All exhibitors must be manufacturers with legal operating rights within China. No unit or individual is allowed to bring counterfeit or inferior products to the exhibition, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to cancel their participation qualification.

4. After confirming the registration, the organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the participating units fifteen days before the meeting.
