The overall exhibition scale is 37000 square meters, closely related to the eight industrial chains of nuclear, wind, solar, hydrogen, storage, charging and swapping, smart energy, and cross regional heating, with eight themed exhibition areas set up:

（1） Exhibition Area for Major Projects/Equipment in Energy Green and Low Carbon Transformation

Concentrated display of Shandong's energy green and low-carbon transformation landmark achievements, major demonstration projects, and high-end equipment, covering major projects and equipment such as fourth generation nuclear power, million ton CCUS, large-scale compressed air energy storage, integration of source, grid, load, and storage, green power industry parks, virtual power plants, cross regional clean heating, demonstration of vehicle network interconnection charging and swapping, ultra-high voltage ring network, external power entering Shandong, coal power flexibility transformation, and "three transformation linkage".

（2） Nuclear Power Exhibition Area

Nuclear island/conventional island equipment, nuclear power operation and maintenance services, nuclear emergency safety, nuclear waste treatment, comprehensive utilization of nuclear energy (cross regional heating), achievements of Yantai and Weihai nuclear energy equipment industry clusters, supporting equipment for the Guohe No.1 demonstration project, etc.

Wind turbines, offshore wind power equipment and technology, materials and spare parts, submarine cables/cables, hoisting and installation, operation and maintenance, services and consulting, etc.

（4） Offshore New Energy Exhibition Area

Marine nuclear power, offshore wind power equipment and technology, offshore photovoltaics, offshore hydrogen energy, offshore power plant operation and maintenance, offshore power plant construction, offshore transmission and distribution equipment, corrosion prevention, seawater desalination, installation, materials, tidal energy, ocean current energy, wave energy, seawater temperature difference energy, seawater salt difference energy, etc.

Components, batteries, raw materials, photovoltaic engineering and systems, testing, control systems, power supplies, packaging, solar photovoltaic application products, etc.

Hydrogen production, storage and transportation of hydrogen, fuel cells, hydrogen combustion engines, fuel cell vehicles, etc.

（7） Energy storage/battery/charging and swapping devices are used

Pumped storage, energy storage products, equipment and applications, various series of batteries, battery materials and accessories, recycling, supercapacitor industry, etc; Charging and swapping equipment, charging stations and supporting components, supporting facilities and solutions, charging facility construction and operation solutions, integrated supercharging stations for light/storage/charging.

（8） Smart Energy and Zero Carbon Park Exhibition Area

Distributed wind and solar energy storage system, park level/enterprise level intelligent microgrid, energy-saving technology equipment, zero carbon technology equipment and solutions, etc.

Standard booth offers:Exhibition venue and carpet of 9 square meters, 2.5m high wall panels, production of lintels, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 220V power socket, and two fluorescent lamps.

Luxury special booth offers:On the basis of standard booth configuration+Booth lightbox, company logo, one glass round table, three chairs, and a pre conference brochure (worth 8000 yuan).

The cost of bare land is provided as follows:Exhibition venue, security, cleaning services (excluding special decoration management fees).

5、 Exhibition Procedure: 

Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% deposit] or full payment shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the remaining balance shall be paid in full before July 10, 2026. After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form" and booth fees, the organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibitors. The accommodation and product transportation of exhibition representatives will be subject to the "Exhibitor Handbook".
