The 115th National Sugar and Wine Fair will be held from October 15th to 17th, 2026 at the Nanjing International Expo Center. The total exhibition area is 200000 square meters, with 9 major exhibition areas and 16 special categories, to build a systematic and professional display and trading system. The exhibition will set up nine core exhibition areas, including Chinese famous liquor, international wine and spirits, beverages and dairy products, leisure food, international food and innovative food, seasonings and ingredients, green agriculture, food machinery, and packaging supply chain, covering the mainstream categories and innovation tracks of the industry comprehensively. At the same time, 16 special categories will be subdivided and created, including food raw materials and ingredients, intelligent manufacturing, innovative food, baked goods, hundreds of counties and thousands of households, convenient fast food, light aroma wine, yellow wine and health wine, beer and low alcohol wine, tea drinks, medicinal and edible drinks, health food and technology services, self owned brands and industry services, new retail and new channels, beverage raw material supply chain, and China Food Science and Technology Achievement Exhibition, to achieve simultaneous display of traditional categories and emerging tracks, meeting the needs of various enterprises for precise display and efficient selection of products by customers. Each exhibition area will be arranged adjacent to each other according to the upstream and downstream relationships and channel attributes of the industry, forming a highly collaborative upstream and downstream industrial cluster effect, allowing upstream suppliers and downstream buyers to connect nearby, exhibitors to be customers and partners to each other, truly realizing one-stop procurement, one-stop negotiation, and one-stop cooperation, and improving the efficiency and success rate of commercial and trade docking and cooperation.
