The 3rd CLEDC 2026 Low altitude Economic Development Conference and Low altitude Industry Chain Expo will be held at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 22 to 24, 2026, with the theme of "Smart Drawing of Low altitude New Blueprint and Jointly Opening up Trillion New Races". The conference is based on the national strategy and the "the Belt and Road" hub positioning, with "internationalization, marketization, specialization, branding" as the core, to create an integrated high-end platform for policy interpretation, technical exchange, achievement display, and industry docking.
The planned exhibition area is 32000 square meters, covering the entire industry chain of eVTOL flying cars, industrial drones, low altitude infrastructure, etc., and gathering more than 350 enterprises such as AVIC and Xiaopeng Huitian to participate in the exhibition. At the same time, 15 professional sub forums were held, flight demonstrations, innovation competitions and other activities were carried out, and more than 40 government and enterprise delegations from countries along the "the Belt and Road" were invited.
The conference is expected to attract more than 2000 guests and more than 100000 visitors, with professional purchasers accounting for more than 60%. The intended contract amount is expected to exceed 10 billion yuan, helping to build a trillion level low altitude economic ecology and promoting the coordinated development of the "the Belt and Road" industry.

Low altitude and advanced manufacturing exhibition area: showcasing equipment products such as drones, eVTOLs (electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicles), helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, flying cars, light aircraft, airships, rotary wing aircraft, powered parachutes, gliders, unmanned airships, unmanned paragliders, and unmanned submersibles.
3. Low altitude infrastructure construction exhibition area: Display the design and construction plan of low altitude takeoff and landing sites (vertiports), as well as the core equipment of the apron; Presenting low altitude communication networks (5G+satellite fusion communication, integrated network of air, space, and earth) and high-precision navigation and positioning systems; Showcasing smart airport management systems, low altitude traffic flow dispatch platforms, and overall infrastructure operation and maintenance solutions.
4. Low altitude management system display area: showcasing the low altitude flight management service platform, air traffic control automation system, and unmanned aerial vehicle cloud control platform; Present security supervision technology and data security assurance system; Simultaneously display the achievements of the construction of the low altitude regulatory standard system.
5. Low altitude industry supporting exhibition area: showcasing intelligent flight systems, communication equipment, and simulation training equipment; Exhibition of aviation materials and onboard electronic equipment; Provide professional services such as driver training, maintenance, financial insurance, and investment and financing institutions.
6. Low altitude scenario application display area: focusing on typical application scenarios such as low altitude logistics distribution, urban air traffic (UAM) pilot operation, emergency rescue, cultural tourism and sightseeing; Specially designed interactive experience area, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the convenience and efficiency of low altitude application scenarios.
