Approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the 18th China International Seed Industry Expo and the 23rd National Seed Information Exchange and Product Trading Fair, the top event in the national seed industry, will once again be scheduled to settle at the Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 10-12, 2026.

This annual industry event, with the theme of "Digital Intelligence, Strong Chips, Breakthrough, Full Chain Revitalization, and Building Grain Security", returns with great weight. It brings together national seed enterprises, research institutions, and industry elites to showcase high-quality varieties, new breeding technologies, and modern agricultural equipment, and to build a platform for trade docking, technical exchange, and resource sharing.

As the largest and most influential professional exhibition in the domestic seed industry, the National Seed Fair has once again landed at the Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center. This is not only a high recognition of Hefei's seed industry development foundation, exhibition service capabilities, and industrial business environment, but also an important opportunity for Hefei to seize the opportunity of seed industry revitalization and connect national seed industry resources.

The indoor exhibition will set up six exhibition areas, including seed enterprise exhibition area, digital seed industry and biological breeding exhibition area, seed industry equipment and seed deep processing exhibition area, research institute innovation achievement exhibition area, beautiful life exhibition area, and public welfare service exhibition area, to showcase new varieties, new equipment, new technologies, new models, and new achievements in the national seed industry field, promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, and serve the large-scale yield improvement. The field exhibition will set up exhibition areas for the National Excellent Variety Catalog, water-saving and drought resistant varieties, scientific research achievement transformation, medium and indica rice varieties, indica japonica hybrid rice varieties, conventional japonica (glutinous) rice varieties, new seedling varieties, sweet corn varieties, glutinous corn varieties, etc., to showcase outstanding rice and fresh corn varieties with high yield, high quality, and stress resistance.
