Since the beginning of this year, various regions have continuously issued technical standards for the construction of "good houses", and some cities have also issued documents to improve and standardize building design planning, capacity calculation rules, etc. In September, Shanghai announced that it is possible to partially increase the height of buildings and relax the calculation rules for balcony capacity area; Chengdu, Hefei and other places have introduced standardized policies to improve and regulate the capacity calculation rules for housing projects, stabilizing the expectations of the "good house" policy, and more cities may follow suit in the future.
