Exhibition Procedures

1. Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, affix the official seal, and fax or mail it to the organizing committee of the conference.

2. Within 3 days after registration, the enterprise shall transfer 50% (or full payment) of the exhibition fee to the designated account of the conference organizing committee to confirm the booth;

3. The booth, advertisements, etc. will be arranged uniformly by the organizing committee, with first application, first payment, and first allocation. Co organizers can be given priority in arranging.

4. In order to comply with the overall layout of the exhibition, the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary. Due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, and abnormal social events, the organizing unit may postpone or cancel the exhibition.
