CAITME was founded in 2004 and is a unique professional international exhibition in the field of textile and clothing machinery and technology in Central Asia. Over the past 16 years, CAITME has continued to promote the textile and clothing industry in Uzbekistan. CAITME exhibition has been certified by UFI and is the largest exhibition of its kind in Central Asia. The exhibition comprehensively showcases the innovative trends and latest achievements in textile machinery engineering and technology, gathering top manufacturers covering the entire production chain.

Every year, recognized leaders and suppliers of the most advanced technology in the textile machinery field from Europe and Asia participate in the exhibition. The national exhibition areas and pavilions of Germany, Italy, Spain, Türkiye, South Korea and China regularly participate in the exhibition. This event has received support from key national ministries and institutions, and senior officials of the Uzbekistan government attend annually. CAITME has become the most important and highly anticipated event on the annual agenda of all industry experts in the region. CAITME 2025 has more than 210 companies from 21 countries participating in the exhibition, with an exhibition area of over 12000 square meters. There are over 6000 professional visitors, including 783 international buyers from 32 countries. During the same period, 10 technical seminars were held with 14 keynote speakers from around the world. This exhibition has set up the "KOTMI National Exhibition Hall" in South Korea.
