1. Booth Facility:

Standard booth (minimum 9m2) configuration: fence, carpet, one consultation table, two folding chairs, exhibitor company signboard, one 220V single-phase socket.

Light land (minimum rental area of 36 m2) configuration: The exhibition space is vacant, and the construction fee, light land management fee, power fee, and other expenses will be paid separately by the enterprise.

Double opening booths require an additional fee of ¥ 2000 for rounded corners.

3. Special reminder: After successfully applying for a booth, the organizing committee will reply with a confirmation letter and transfer the exhibition fee (50% advance payment or full payment) to the organizing committee within five working days; After receiving the exhibition fee, the organizing committee will issue an invoice of equal amount and mail it to the exhibitors.
