Project Background

The 2nd Yiwu International Bicycle, Electric Vehicle and Accessories Expo (referred to as Yiwu Bicycle Show) will be held from August 2-4, 2026 at the Yiwu International Expo Center. China is the world's main production and export base for bicycles, with over 60% of the world's international bicycle trade volume coming from China.

Zhejiang, as a major province in the research and development, production, and sales of bicycles, electric vehicles, and their components in China, has a complete bicycle and electric vehicle manufacturing system and obvious industrial chain advantages. Data shows that in 2024, the export value of China's electric motorcycles and bicycles exceeded 40 billion yuan for the first time, and the export volume of electric motorcycles reached 849000 units, an increase of 44.5% year-on-year; Chinese electric motorcycles account for 33% of the total global sales of electric motorcycles. Chinese electric motorcycles and bicycles are mainly exported to Southeast Asia and Europe and America. In Southeast Asia, electric motorcycles have experienced rapid sales growth due to their advantages in price, energy consumption, and intelligence; In Europe and America, the popularity of outdoor leisure sports has driven orders for electric bicycles (E-BIKE).

Yiwu is a commercial city with unlimited business opportunities, known as the world's largest small commodity distribution center. Under the strong advocacy and support of the country, Yiwu's foreign trade, e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, internet celebrity live streaming, supply chain and other industries have developed rapidly, occupying an important part of domestic and foreign trade. According to statistics, the number of bicycles and electric bicycles exported from Yiwu from January to December 2024 was 47.81 million, with an export value of 2.664 billion US dollars.

Past Review

The previous Yiwu Bicycle, Electric Vehicle and Accessories Exhibition successfully concluded from August 2-4, 2025 at the Yiwu International Expo Center. The exhibition gathers nearly 200 outstanding industry enterprises from Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei and other places. The exhibits cover the entire industry chain of bicycles, electric vehicles, electric scooters, sightseeing bikes, riding equipment, accessories, and more. The exhibition attracted 122689 professional buyers to visit, as well as 1538 foreign businessmen from more than 60 countries around the world. It arranged accommodation for 1976 professional buyers from other places, and the total intended value of the three-day exhibition was nearly 50 million yuan.
